mhm check this baby out.

what you do is:

buy a tub of nice vanilla ice cream (the fancier the better), melt it, mix through some crushed choc honeycomb, and put it in a cake tin.
then you melt some cookies'n'cream ice cream (about 1/4 as much as the vanilla) and stick that on top, then you freeze that. for as long as it takes to get back to normal ice cream frozenness.
then for presentation and yumminess purposes we add a whole pile of ferrero rocher and lindt chocolates :) voila.
